In-Year Admissions

In-Year admissions must be applied for online by clicking here.

The school will be notified by email that you have applied for an in-year place.

The school office will then make contact to arrange a meeting to discuss the admission further. If accepted, you will need to complete all paperwork and provide relevant documentation prior to your child starting.

It is essential that the school has everything in place before a child starts Hargrave Park to ensure a smooth transition. You will then be taken for a tour of the school and introduced to your child’s class and class teacher (if available).

Reception applications for admissions in September 2021

If your child was born between 1st September 2016 and 31st August 2017, you will need to apply for a primary school place by 15th January 2021. Your child will start reception class in September 2021.

The school will admit 45 children to Reception in September each year.

Secondary school admissions

The Council co-ordinates the transfer from primary to secondary school for admission to all Islington state secondary schools.

The deadline to apply for Year 7 places in September 2021 is 31st October 2020. You can apply from this September onwards.
